There are just 25 bedrooms each with its own individual character and decor - successfully combining ancient and modern. Gleaming bathrooms, Victorian brass beds, beamed ceilings, antique furniture - our Honeymoon Suites even have log fires. Most of the rooms also offer wonderful views to the river and the fells beyond.
The sitting room is the ideal place to relax - with aperitifs before dinner, with coffee afterwards, or just with a good book in front of the roaring log fire.
Originally a 16th century Ferryman's inn, the RED LION at BURNSALL is open for accommodation and meals throughout the year; we offer superb food, fine wines and real ale. Each bedroom is finished with its own individual character and decor....
The Manor House is our B&B, which is located 150 yards from the Red Lion, Where you are welcome to Eat and drink. The bedrooms are modern and simple in this old Victorian ‘Manor House, most having lovely views of the River Wharfe and village.
We are delighted to be able to offer our holiday cottages which are situated in the courtyard adjacent to the hotel (actually on the riverbank itself) for holiday rental. The cottages have upside down living accommodation to take advantage of the wonderful views of river and fell.
